In the glass, this Belgian beer with an orange colour and fine foam has a very specific taste that holds the middle between apple and lemon.
Like most handcrafted gueuzes, it is possible to let them mature even longer in order to diminish the acidity and to enjoy its fruity aromes to the fullest extent.
Tynt Meadow Trappist Ale 7.4° - 1/3L
The dark, full-bodied ale is named Tynt Meadow, which follows the Trappist beer tradition of being named after the place in which the monastery is situated.
Moriau Oude Gueuze 7° - 37,5Cl
Tre Fontane Trappist Tripel 8.5° - 1/3L
This craft beer, flavored with eucalyptus leaves, is a unique product born from an ancient recipe from the Abbey of the Three Fountains. Since 1873, eucalyptus has characterized the products of this community of Trappist monks.
Cardena Trappist 7° - 1/3L
Made by hand with a careful selection of barley malt, hops, yeast and water, with a second fermentation in the bottle, following the centuries-old tradition of Trappist master brewers.
Cardeña is a light amber beer with abundant head of foam, fine aroma, fruity and herbal flavor with a long and slightly dry finish.
Zundert Trappist 8° -1/3L
Zundert from Maria-Toevlucht Abbey is one of the eleven Trappist beers, and one of two present in the Netherlands with La Trappe.
Amber and hazy with a thick off-white head, Trappist Zundert has aromas of malt, caramel, pal malt, yeast and fruit.
On the palate, it is floral and fruity with notes of caramel, yeast and pal malt in a beautiful bitterness.
It has a medium body, oily texture and moderate carbonation for a bitter, dry finish.
Bastogne Airborne Bruin-Brown 7.5° - 1/3L
Prouced by Bouillon brewery, this beer pours a dark mahogany with a abundant cream colored head. Head shrinks but stays throughout the entire drink.
Malty burnt sugar. A little yeast hidden behind the sweet aroma. Very good.
Mont des Cats 7,6° - 1/3L
Renowned for its cheese, a pure tradition of the Cistercian abbeys of northern Europe, the Abbey hopes to breathe new life into this Trappist beer, the only French Trappist beer. * A Trappist beer is served in a “chalice” type glass (due to the associated religious symbolism), which is why the Monts des Cats chalice glass is preferred. Some amateurs prefer to serve them in a tulip glass (narrower at the top) in order to better concentrate the aromas.
Engelszell Benno Trappistenbier 6.9°-1/3L
Its light amber color is topped with an imposing white foam. The nose is reminiscent of its big sister, the Engelszell Gregorius with its aromas of honey and its sweet fruity touches. The toasted malt gives a subtle but interesting smoky side.
The palate is more floral, dominated by malt and yeast, and reveals a beer with character. The whole is underlined by light fruity touches which soften the powerful aromas of Austrian Trappist.
A beer with a strong but controlled character which proves the know-how of the monks of the Abbey of Stift Engelszell.
Also discover the Trappist classics such as the Westmalle Triple or the Trappe Blonde.

It's unfiltered, unpasteurised and top fermented, brewed with pale malts, caramelised malts, very aromatic hops , andspices. Its complex taste is enriched through the addition of liquorice.
Dupont Bière de Miel 8° -1/3L
Already in 1880, this honey-beer was a speciality of our farm-brewery Rimaux-Deridder, very well known and awarded with many prices on various agricultural exhibitions. When the family Dupont took over the brewery, this beer disappeared from the marked, but in 1997, more than 75 years later, the Bière de Miel was “re-created” in an organic* version. The label we use on the bottles is an exact reproduction of the original.
This amber beer with strong pronounced honey aromas, has, very predictable, a dominating taste of honey.
