Ordering:

The delivery costs and possible customs duties (except EU) are exclusively charged to the customer.
Orders are delivered against the customer's signature for receipt.
In case the parcel is seized because of products prohibited in the country of residence of the customer, no refund will be made by the seller. It is therefore up to the customer to verify the possibility of importing the ordered products.

We suggest the customer to check the order when it is received. If the package containing the order appears damaged, the customer should inspect it immediately. If the order is damaged, the customer will write to BelgianShop the description of the damage as well as any remark on the delivery note. The customer then undertakes to inform the seller by email as soon as possible, giving as much detail as possible. The seller agrees to refund or replace damaged products within 14 days.

-When the customer receives the tracking number, we suggest that the he takes directly contact with the Postal Services to fix a date of the delivery. 

If the customer is not at home at the time of the attempt to deliver the order, a notice will automatically be left. If the order is returned to BelgianSHop, the order can be returned to the customer, upon payment of the shipping costs again, by the customer.

BelgianShop is not responsible for the quality of the beers, and especially Vintage. The customer can not turn against BelgianShop in case of poor quality of the product packed (or bottled).
