HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Generally it takes a few days to process your order. If we have in stock all the items you have purchased, your order will leave our office the same day. All orders are sent from Belgium by FedEx or Taxipost. Please allow 4-12 business days delivery (it depends on the customs and delivery services in the destination country).

Although we will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver your order promptly, we cannot accept any liability for delays outside of our control (e.g. incorrect or incomplete delivery details, courier or postal delays, clearance delays, delays during Christmas and New Year, etc.). No, the amount shown on your bill is the final price. No more taxes or fees will be added. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and / or customs fees. These fees are not paid by BelgianShop and are not included in the price of your order. You assume full responsibility for complying with all import regulations. Customs may refuse your entry and we can not be held liable or be responsible for any additional costs incurred. If the merchandise is returned to us, and if it is not damaged, we will refund the value of the goods, but in any case, transport costs . .
