The Achel is the latest of trappist beers brewed in the monastery of St Benedict Notre-Dame in Belgian city of Achel (in the province of Limburg).
The existing beers of Achel are the result of the hard work of brother Thomas (brewer of Westmalle) and brother Antony (ancient brewer of Rochefort). As you can see, the Achel beers are big beers but still a bit unknown. This beer must be tasted as fast as possible!
The brown malty taste with a light aroma of roasting reveals a vanilla flavour.

The Bons Voeux beer is produced at Dupont brewery. The Bons Vœux is a pale ale high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Since 1970, this beer was offered only to the best customers at the beginning of each year. This is where the name comes from: "Avec les bons voeux de la Brasserie Dupont" (With the best wishes of Dupont Brewery).
Due to the great success, this beer was put on the market afterwards, but the name was preserved. Although the supply was quite large, it was still produced in limited quantities.
The Bons Vœux has a copper-blond colour and contains fine hop aromas and is sweet, bitter and fruity.

The final fruit intensity is 372 grams of fruit per litre of Hommage. 100% 3 Fonteinen. 3 Fonteinen Hommage is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries and raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of 760 to 800 grams of raspberries and 200 to 240 grams of sour cherries per litre of lambic. This fruit lambic is then blended again with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit. Hommage is a bodied raspberry lambic beer, with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet. Liefmans Goudenband is one of the most distinctive dark beers in the world. Originally called IJzerenband (Iron Band) – a reference to the iron bands around the beer barrels – the bottle gained its champagne cork when it was renamed Liefmans Goudenband (Gold Band).
