A slight hoppy smell (English style) completes the whole. The mouth is long with a powerful body built on the density and generous apparent extract. The bitterness is present but sweet and blends harmoniously with the malty struc- ture. The selection of special malts raises the chocolate side with the nuances of coconut. When introducing the beer, the brewer had conspired with the children of his uncle to give him a big surprise. They arrived with their father at the brewery ‘just to taste a beer’. At that moment, the brewer could proudly and happily present his dear uncle with the first bottle of this new beer.
