Cantillon Kriek 5°-37,5CL -V
Pours a deep, bright ruby red color and capped by a very thin light pink head of foam that slowly settles to a thin film and leaves patches of lace around the glass. The aroma shows notes of sour dark cherries, earthy must, farmhouse yeast, barnyard funk, some lemon acidity, and notes of old, wet wood that lends a touch of oaky vanilla to balance out tartness and acidity. Fantastic beer and awesome fruited lambic.

The use of smoked malt in combination with the specialty of Brewery Van Steenberge has a spectacular result: a heavy quality beer of high fermentation with a secondary fermentation in the bottle, baptized as Gulden Draak Smoked. This Belgian beer has a beautiful ruby colour covered by a pretty coloured foam. The uncompromising nose, powerfully evokes the cherry. On the palate, this same cherry flavour takes over the rest, magnified by a slight acidity. The aftertaste is bitter end even brings a little more complexity to the beer. A Kriek like no other.

Although the founding family of the brewery began its activity in 1881, the Alken Crystal was brewed from 1923 and its name definitively found only from 1929.

It's fermented before being dealcoholised. The beer pours a pale yellow colour beneath a white head and has a bouquet that mixes malt, hops and yeast.

Hazy pale yellow with a small white head, Baptist Wit offers crisp fruit, with hints of acetone peardrops and honey, with a zesty citrus and apricot character that conspires with the persistent carbonation to bring a bright, crisp, spicy finish.

Our white beer has a creamy head and a refreshing aftertaste. But in between it surprises you with a liberal portion of freshly ground coriander and orange zest. A spicy flavour boost for those who like their Blanche a little more piquant.
Bockor Pils 5,2° - 1/4L
After the yeast period of approximately ten days, where the typical flavour package of our lager is determined, the young beer is cooled down to 0°C and gets it through a maturization of 3 weeks.
By a double filtration, Bockor gets its golden color and its clearness.
Bockor has a nice foam head when the beer is poured professionally in a clean, degreased glass. The smell has a nice touch of hops and a subtle bitterness.

Low alcohol content for more fun
The EXPORT has a relatively low alcohol content (4.8%), but this does not detract from its excellent quality and flavour. This is a top quality lager in a 33 cl bottle. Better still, it’s also gluten free.

De Dochter van de Korenaar Bravoure 6.5° - 1/3L
Bravoure takes its smoke flavor from a good dose of “Bamberg Rauchmalz” smoked with beech wood. The subtle smokey aspects combine very well with the slightly sweet caramel notes of the ‘Cara-Munich malt. This results in a balanced smoky beer with a subtle caramel flavor.
Ideal with smoked meats and barbecue.
