

Brewed at the Abbaye d'Aulne, and delivered worldwide, the Blanche de Charleroi is a white beer with high fermentation, cooked with spicy herbs.
To serve cold at a temperature between 2 and 4°C.
The beer has a very refreshing, light and fruity flavour.
Very white fizzy head. Very clear pale yellow in color. Aroma is lemon and spices with hints of yeast. Taste is peppery with a lemony sourness and a dry yeasty finish. Light to medium bodied with loads of carbonation. A nicely done witbier with good balance and highly recommended.
