Westvleteren Extra 8°-1/3L
Gouden Carolus Whisky Infused 11,7° - 3/4L
Tre Fontane Trappist Tripel 8.5° - 1/3L
This craft beer, flavored with eucalyptus leaves, is a unique product born from an ancient recipe from the Abbey of the Three Fountains. Since 1873, eucalyptus has characterized the products of this community of Trappist monks.
Mont des Cats 7,6° - 1/3L
Renowned for its cheese, a pure tradition of the Cistercian abbeys of northern Europe, the Abbey hopes to breathe new life into this Trappist beer, the only French Trappist beer. * A Trappist beer is served in a “chalice” type glass (due to the associated religious symbolism), which is why the Monts des Cats chalice glass is preferred. Some amateurs prefer to serve them in a tulip glass (narrower at the top) in order to better concentrate the aromas.

Dupont Bière de Miel 8° -1/3L
Already in 1880, this honey-beer was a speciality of our farm-brewery Rimaux-Deridder, very well known and awarded with many prices on various agricultural exhibitions. When the family Dupont took over the brewery, this beer disappeared from the marked, but in 1997, more than 75 years later, the Bière de Miel was “re-created” in an organic* version. The label we use on the bottles is an exact reproduction of the original.
This amber beer with strong pronounced honey aromas, has, very predictable, a dominating taste of honey.
La Corne du Bois des Pendus BLACK 8° - 1/3L
In keeping with this story, La Corne Black pours stygian black with a thick tan head, releasing intense coffee, chocolate, and dark malt scents.
The taste is equally dense with old rum, oak and alcohol notes added to the subtly fruity ensemble.
Wolf Carte Blanche 8.5° - 1/3L
De Poes Blond 8° - 1/3L
The hops that were used for this beer give the beer a slightly bitter but also fruity aftertaste.
Vapeur en Folie 8° - 1/3L
Papegaei 8° - 1/3L
Tripick Triple 8° - 1/3L
Deca Antiek Blond 8° - 1/3L

Scheldebrouwerij Hop Ruiter 8.5° - 1/3L
Satan Black 8° - 1/3L
Alfred 7.8° - 1/3L
It has a light fruity aroma, a subtile malty taste and a pronounced hoppy character
Lefebvre Hopus 8,5° - 1/3L
It remains well in the mouth and its final fruity in the background a beer of great quality. An ideal beer for the summer.
The method of tasting the Hopus is to pour the bottom of the bottle into a shot glass to collect all the yeast.
The Shot is a real concentrate of bitterness. Ideal for amateurs.
The rest of the beer is tasted quietly.
Rince Cochon 8.5° -1/3L
Rochefort Trappistes 6 - 7.5°-1/3L
Vieille Salme 8.3°-1/3L
Jessenhofke Triple 8° - 1/3L
Bush Amber 12°- 1/3L
The pronounced bitter-sweet taste of this beer, its gentle taste structure and characteristic amber colour are all due to the caramel malts used and the expertise and patience of the master brewer (the beer rests for four to six weeks). The high density – the proportion of malt – and the active house yeast make for one of the strongest Belgian beers, with an alcohol volume of 12%.
Cornet Oaked 8.5° - 1/3L
VICTORIA 8.5° - 1/3L
Victoria is the new powerful Belgian beer from AbinBev with an alcohol content of 8.5%. Brewed with three hops including Fuggle and Saaz, it uses 100% natural ingredients.
When poured into a glass, it reveals a golden yellow color topped with a thick creamy white head that releases aromas of fruit, spices, malt and herbs.
Marked by a pronounced bitterness, it reveals flavors of hops, malt and herbs in a refreshing whole.
Surfine Saison 6.5° - 1/3L
Hapkin 8.5°-1/3L
Hapkin is a limpid beer that pours an attractive orange colour. It has a deep head that is both airy and persistent.
Het Nest KoekeDam 6.5° -1/3L
Hoegaarden Julius Blond 8.5° - 1/3L
Paljas Saison 6° - 1/3L
Grimbergen Magnum Opus Brut 8,0° - 1/3L
A complex lively brew with a delicate, almost perfumed floral scent. Discreet malt character and light fruity notes of pear, orange and apple. Crispy, refreshing mouthfeel and a clean dry aftertaste.
The vinous dry balance makes Magnum Opus perfect for everything good from the sea, not least seafood and fish served with alloy sauce. The elegant liveliness makes it an obvious candidate for festive dishes such as canapés with air-dried ham etc.
