This top-fermented dark beer is brewed with roasted malts. The secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it its powerful and pleasant character. Reddish-brown with a creamy and persistent head. The nose is quite complex, powerful and full-bodied with earthy notes of old wood, well-balanced taste, leading up to a pleasantly caramelised finish.
