Wilderen Cuvée Clarisse is a Belgian beer produced by Brouwerij & Alcoholstokerij Wilderen. Named after the local Saint Clarisse, it is a strong dark beer with an alcohol content of around 10%. The brew is known for its rich and complex flavor profile, featuring notes of caramel, dark fruits, and a subtle spiciness. Cuvée Clarisse undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, contributing to its effervescence and unique taste. The brewery, situated in the Wilderen Castle, combines traditional brewing methods with modern techniques to craft this distinctive beer. With a deep brown hue and a creamy tan head, Wilderen Cuvée Clarisse is a favorite among beer enthusiasts for its bold character and Belgian brewing heritage.

Verhaeghe Barbe Rufa 8.5° -1/3L
Verhaeghe Barbe d’Or 7.5° -1/3L
Brunehaut Bio Triple Gluten Free 8° -1/3L
More coppery and sustained, with a good bead of persistent foam.
Nose: The nose is relatively discreet and elegant on fermentary touches and fine yeasts. A lot of freshness.
Palate: The mouth is full of freshness despite the degree of alcohol. Then the full-bodied side comes, it's full, fat and long. Yet in the end the elegance remains. Not too much sweetness or excess of caramel. Join the beers to consume on some hard cheeses, see a young county in the fruity balance.
La Corne du Bois des Pendus BLACK 8° - 1/3L
In keeping with this story, La Corne Black pours stygian black with a thick tan head, releasing intense coffee, chocolate, and dark malt scents.
The taste is equally dense with old rum, oak and alcohol notes added to the subtly fruity ensemble.
