Dulle Griet beer: the sweet aroma of caramel, the rounded malty flavor.
Pours in layers: yeast is of some strange gravity, that it floats 1cm under head . Aroma of sugar, caramel, yeast, abbey cellars and bar beer cellars as well. Gently sweet, medium bitter and medium yeasty sour - extremely fine balance here. Medium to full body, oily, slick texture, carbonation, again, is observed from all the layers of poured beer (and not just from the bottom).
