Brewed on a base of spelled and wheat, the Bioloo presents in the glass a dress of a rather light amber and a hat of creamy white foam and persistent. From it come complex aromas evoking both caramel and malts, yeast and its phenolic and spicy appearance as well as hops and fruity scents.
