Belgoo Magus 6.5° -1/3L
Belgoo Magus contains four grains i.e. barley malt, wheat malt, oats, and the German wheat (Triticum spelta). In the first place, it is a white coloured beer. Its colour comes from the wheat. There is more than one fermentation in the bottle. This means that an extra dose of yeast is added before bottling and that the beer will continue to evolve over time !

Boon Oude Geuze Black Label 7° - 3/4L
The challenge is to combine roundness in the mouth and a degree of fermentation of almost 100%.
The light color, the balanced acidity and the taste of green apple and grapefruit as well as a long dry taste in mouth characterize this gueuze. The lambic used for this mixture has matured for 1,2 and 3 years in oak barrels.
Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave its name to Lambic

Brunehaut Bio Ambrée Gluten Free 6,5° - 1/3L
Nose: A lovely fresh nose, entirely in the yeast, even slightly floral. The freshness seems to be its main quality.
In the mouth: The first supple flavour without being too bitter, almost round in the mouth. Plays the role of a light and refreshing beer. Average persistence and fresh in the mouth at the end. Although thirst-quenching, the drink still suits a spray of hop topped with a poached egg and a white beer mousseline (the same as is in your glass).

Brunehaut Bio Blonde Gluten Free 6.5° -1/3L
Look: Very light golden with a delicate and persistent mousse, lovely in the glass.
Nose: In addition to the yeast it has a scent of acacia, even of small white flowers. The aromas stay well.
In the mouth: The first flavour, balanced supple almost round, a little marked by its touch of beeswax, or even pollen. Very pleasant beer as an aperitif for amateur beer enthusiasts not too marked by bitterness, which does not stop it from being thirst-quenching. An aperitif beer to accompany all kinds of vegetable-based and soft vinaigrette tapas. Best drunk in good weather.
Buffalo Bitter Belgian Ale 8.5° - 1/3L
Bush Amber 12°- 1/3L
The pronounced bitter-sweet taste of this beer, its gentle taste structure and characteristic amber colour are all due to the caramel malts used and the expertise and patience of the master brewer (the beer rests for four to six weeks). The high density – the proportion of malt – and the active house yeast make for one of the strongest Belgian beers, with an alcohol volume of 12%.
Bush Amber Triple 12° - 3/4L
The in-bottle re-fermentation produces an extraordinarily gentle and rounded beer with a natural yeast cloud. It has the characteristic taste and aromas of the Bush Amber mother beer. Both the splendid screen-printed bottle and the champagne-style cork contribute to Bush Amber Triple’s prestigious image.
Bush de Nuits 13° - 3/4L
The final result is utterly surprising. This is a beer with plenty of character, a clear colour, vinous aromas and a taste profile that leans towards wine…
A real discovery and highly recommended!
Bush Prestige 13° - 3/4L
During the bottling process, small amounts of sugar and yeast are added to the beer so it re-ferments in the bottle during its stay in the brewery’s warm room. This develops the natural yeast cloud and gives the beer its exceptionally high alcohol volume of 13%.
Reviving the traditional use of oak barrels has introduced aromas and tannins that haven’t been experienced in beer for many years. Even the most demanding beer lover will be bowled over by these qualities. Think of the aromas of whisky and other spirits matured on oak coupled with an extraordinarily rounded character.
