Brewed at the Abbaye d'Aulne, and delivered worldwide, the Blanche de Charleroi is a white beer with high fermentation, cooked with spicy herbs.
To serve cold at a temperature between 2 and 4°C.
The beer has a very refreshing, light and fruity flavour.

This beer is pale but it actually tends to a more straw yellow colour. The beer rested for 2 weeks in a warm chamber and has been brewed with light malt and hop of first choice and has a nice head too. This delicate beer is very balanced and harmonious and in the end there is the explicit hop taste.
This beer is served with a decent cheese, red meat and even with mussels !"

This dark-coloured beer, delivered worldwide,  with mahogany accent has matured for 2 weeks in a warm chamber. This beer has a wood-like, spicy and caramel taste and has a nice foam layer.
To enjoy its bittersweet taste at the fullest, we recommend to drink the beer between 10-12°C. At this temperature the caramel taste and even a subtle anise taste come to the surface. This beer is served with spicy and sweet-and-sour dishes.

Brewed at Val de Sambre brewery, and delivered worldwide, This top-fermenting pale coloured beer contains 2 kinds of hoppy aromas. The head is big, consistent and has an off-white colour. The Premier Cru has a strong character and takes you back to old days of the religious life. For me as a master-brewer, this is the most harmonious of all Aulne beers. The beer is served with fish and seafood.

This beer, from Val de Sambre brewery and delivered worldwide, is a dark, slightly copper coloured top-fermented beer. The beer has been made with the best malts and aromas. The head is quite dark and consistent and tastes like caramel and there is even a bit of cumin in it. The best temperature to drink the beer is between 10 and 12° C. The beer can be served with refined dishes such as foie gras, duck breast and why not with a good cigar.

"Cherie" is characterized by the incomparable scent of delicious cherries, with a sweet and pleasant fruity flavor. "Cherie" is an unfiltered wheat beer, which gives it a cloudy appearance and a rosy color that is both lively and delicate. "Chérie" is an easy drinking and refreshing beer with a sweet sweet taste. And since its alcohol level is not higher, it means that you can enjoy even more in the sun.
