Our recipe remains unchanged from the beginning and we are transparent about the ingredients that compose our beers. Water, malted barley, sugar, hops, spices and yeast. This abbey beer is currently brewed at Scourmont Abbey, due to a lack of premises available at Mont des Cats Abbey. According to Brother Marie “It is a Trappist beer brewed in a Trappist abbey according to a Trappist recipe. (...) Maybe one day we will consider building a brewery. "
