Bobeline Blanche Fraise is produced by Huyghe brewery and is delivered worldwide. It pours a clear strawberry red with pink head. Big strawberry aroma comes through when opening the bottle. Fairly strong artificial strawberry flavours, however, a nice beer none the less. Finishes sweet with little to no bitterness. Medium to light bodied with medium carbonation.

The Bobeline blond is one of the beers produced by Hughe brewery. It pours dark golden, with a long-lasting whitish head. Aroma is peach, Mirabel plum, white flowers. Mouthfeel is quite dry, fizzy, medium-bodied. Long finish with a hint of bitterness. Simple but nice.

LeFort, brewed at the Omer Vander Ghinste brewery is a complex, dark beer of 9% alc. vol. with a sweet and fruity touch. The pale and roasted, dark barley malts give the beer a perfect balance. The beer is lightly flavored with chocolate and caramel and the top fermentation gives a slight fruitiness. This results in a dark beer with a completely unique taste.
On the European Beer Star (2014), LeFort wins a silver medal in the category Belgian Style Strong Ale & a gold medal at the World Beer Awards (2017).

This characterful beer by Brasserie Bockor pours red-tinted amber capped by a fine pink head. The bouquet is a mix of malts, caramel, cherry, grape, and dried fruit, all with a woody background note.

Barley, maize grits, fine hops and water are the ingrediënts for the lager wort. This wort, Bockor-specific, gets semened with an typical brewery low yeast.  

After the yeast period of approximately ten days, where the typical flavour package of our lager is determined, the young beer is cooled down to 0°C and gets it through a maturization of 3 weeks.

By a double filtration, Bockor gets its golden color and its clearness.

Bockor has a nice foam head when the beer is poured professionally in a clean, degreased glass. The smell has a nice touch of hops and a subtle bitterness.

Brewed at Caulier brewery the Bon Secours Amber beer is delivered worldwide. Bonsecours Amber owes its red colour to a beautiful subtle blend of pale and caramel malts. Its  second fermentation in the bottle gives it its unique flavour. The foam is thick and consistent. The nose immediately reveals a pronounced malt aroma. The taste is dry and develops a long and delicate bitterness accompanied by a slight hoppy taste.

This delicious beer, which is the oldest beer in the Caulier brewery, is fermented in the bottle and is not filtered nor pasteurized. It has always been the star pupil at the Caulier brewery. The foam is thick and consistent. The nose offers aromas of malt, hops and a fruity bouquet. In the mouth, it is thick and creamy.

Brewed at Caulier brewery, Bonsecours Brune is a high fermentation beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Its foam is generous and creamy. The nose reveals delicate aromas of mocha and hops. When you taste the beer, there is a pronounced bitterness.

Bons Secours Myrtille, delivered worldwide, is produced by Caulier brewery. This unique beer (7 % alc.), that is the result of a maceration of blueberry juice, developed a rather dark red colour, a compact foam and is slightly reddish. In the mouth, it is a dry beer, but contains very little sugar, however the taste of blueberry is very pronounced.

In the past, raspberry lambic beer was rare, because it was produced only a few weeks per year, i.e. in summer. Frank Boon was the first to brew a raspberry lambic again in 1976. With a quantity of 300g of raspberries per liter, the Framboise Boon gets its fresh and fruity taste without being to dominant. No artificial flavours are used in this beer, which has to be tasted at a young age and which contains 5% of alcohol.

To produce its Kriek, the Boon brewery uses its ancestral recipe. Kriek Boon is a mixture of young and old lambic, matured in oak barrels. After six months of waiting, fresh cherries are added. After clarification and filtration, the beer is finally bottled, after which it is sold.
This Belgian beer has a beautiful ruby colour covered by a pretty coloured foam. The uncompromising nose, powerfully evokes the cherry. On the palate, this same cherry flavour takes over the rest, magnified by a slight acidity. The aftertaste is bitter end even brings a little more complexity to the beer. A Kriek like no other.

This Kriek Mariage Parfait (8 % alc.) is an old lambic to which 400 g/litre of overripe cherries were added. The most difficult Kriek lovers should be seduced to taste it because it has re-fermented in oak barrels.
During the tasting, this Belgian beer reveals a deep red dress topped with a fine foam. The nose shows the complexity of this beer. The mix of red fruits, cherries and sour cherries combined with touches of vanilla and clove offer the taster a real fruit explosion in the mouth. In the mouth, the generosity of this Kriek is immediately shown. An incredible acidity leads the entire tasting.
It is consumed after 2 years but can be kept minimum 20 years.

The Mikkeller oude Gueze lambic is a new unique collaboration between Mikkeller and Boon. Collaboration brew, blended from old Calvados casks

The Gueuze Boon Black Label "old-fashioned" is a gueuze with a dry taste.
The challenge is to combine roundness in the mouth and a degree of fermentation of almost 100%.

The light color, the balanced acidity and the taste of green apple and grapefruit as well as a long dry taste in mouth characterize this gueuze. The lambic used for this mixture has matured for 1,2 and 3 years in oak barrels.

Boon Oude Geuze VAT 77 8° - 37,5clL - delivery worldwide - discount following quantities purchased.

The Oude Geuze (7 % alc.) consists of soft lambic aged 18 months (90 %), a character beer aged 3 years (5 %) and very young lambic beer (5 %) which provides fermentable sugars and viable yeast. This mix is made in a cooled tank of 25,000 litres. The Oude Geuze ripes in oak barrels. Before bottling, the geuze is given back its fermentation temperature in order to undergo a second fermentation. After bottling in an air conditioned room, the ripening of several months takes off to develop its delicate flavour. In order to know the bottling date of the beer you have to deduct 20 years from the expiration date.

The Geuze Mariage Parfait (8 % alc) is a merge of soft lambic beer (95 %) with at least 3 years of age and young lambic beer (5 %). This young lambic provides viable yeast and fermentable sugars. The two beers are mixed in a container of 25,000 litres, after which it is clarified and kept cool. During bottling, the lambic gets back its fermentation temperature and undergoes a fermentation before maturing at a low temperature for at least six months. In order to know the bottling date of the Geuze Mariage Parfait, you have to deduct 20 years from the expiration date.

Brewed at Van Steenberge brewery, Bornem Double is a ‘vivid’ abbey beer. This means that after the first fermentation, the beer continues to evolve during the secondary fermentation, after bottling/ barrelling. This sweet lager, dark brown with burgundy red touches, has a fruity taste and a hoppy aftertaste. Its solid creamy  foam collar is the crown on this abbey beer.
Few other double beers reach the level of Bornem Double. This brown lager is often served with meat dishes such as steaks, grilled meat, game animal or even sausages.
