In reality, there are all placed in a category know as " Belgian Specials" , a bit of a catch-all, but distinguished by the fact that these beers are found only in Belgium.

Bourgogne des Flandres ( brown beer ) comes close to the Flemish ones but contains no acidity. It creates a real feeling of wellbeing alternating with sweet touches. However it is bitter but dry, and the sharp aftertaste reminds us of his noble character.
Bourgogne des Flandres, which is produced in the legendary Timmermans brewery benefits from very old and unique brewing technique called "lambic infusion ". During this process, a selection of the best lambics is mixed with a brown high fermentation beer. After months of ripening in oak barrels, a delicious dark beer topped with a creamy foam comes out.

Scotch Silly 8°is brewed by Silly brewery, and is delivered worldwide. Silly Scotch was born from a unique tradition and, throughout the years, has grown into a reference beer for its particular style. Its lovely red colour with more than a hint of copper is hidden below a beige head. Its complex aromas breathe the scent of brioche accompanied by raisins, fruit jam and fresh raspberry. This is a generous, full-mouthed beer reminiscent of a liqueur. The initial, most striking impressions are those of honey and caramel. The flavours of prunes and roast malt come through in the finish. There is a refreshing aftertaste.

Liefmans Goudenband is one of the most distinctive dark beers in the world. Originally called IJzerenband (Iron Band) – a reference to the iron bands around the beer barrels – the bottle gained its champagne cork when it was renamed Liefmans Goudenband (Gold Band). Made in open vats with beer of mixed fermentation, it is left to mature for four to 12 months in the cellar. Mature beer is then fortified with younger beer, so the fermentation process starts up again.
