Brunehaut Bio Ambrée Gluten Free 6,5° - 1/3L
Nose: A lovely fresh nose, entirely in the yeast, even slightly floral. The freshness seems to be its main quality.
In the mouth: The first supple flavour without being too bitter, almost round in the mouth. Plays the role of a light and refreshing beer. Average persistence and fresh in the mouth at the end. Although thirst-quenching, the drink still suits a spray of hop topped with a poached egg and a white beer mousseline (the same as is in your glass).
.
Brunehaut Bio Blonde Gluten Free 6.5° -1/3L
Look: Very light golden with a delicate and persistent mousse, lovely in the glass.
Nose: In addition to the yeast it has a scent of acacia, even of small white flowers. The aromas stay well.
In the mouth: The first flavour, balanced supple almost round, a little marked by its touch of beeswax, or even pollen. Very pleasant beer as an aperitif for amateur beer enthusiasts not too marked by bitterness, which does not stop it from being thirst-quenching. An aperitif beer to accompany all kinds of vegetable-based and soft vinaigrette tapas. Best drunk in good weather.

The Brut sur Lie is very suitable as an aperitif drink for an intimate dinner at home or as a festive opener during a reception. This fine brut beer will charm both the gentlemen and the
ladies and convince both beer and wine lovers... a real crowd pleaser.

The mild, light taste corresponds perfectly with the fresh aromas of yeast and hops.
Dunekeun Blond 6.2° - 1/3L
Duvel 6.66 Blond 6.7° - 1/3L
The sunny, warm yellow design of the bottles already suggests it. This Duvel is mild, expressive and deliciously drinkable. No fewer than 6 different hop varieties are used for Duvel 6.66%: just like the classic Duvel, it’s based on the noble and exclusive hop varieties Saaz and Styrian Golding. The flavour is then balanced by adding four expertly selected hop varieties to the mix, which also involves the dry-hopping method.
Ename blond 6.5° - 1/3L
It presents in the glass a golden blonde dress and develops a hat of white foam, tight and abundant. The Ename Blonde develops aromas of orange liquor. The taste is fine and balanced. The action of aromatic hops used here is well put forward.
Engelszell Benno Trappistenbier 6.9°-1/3L
Its light amber color is topped with an imposing white foam. The nose is reminiscent of its big sister, the Engelszell Gregorius with its aromas of honey and its sweet fruity touches. The toasted malt gives a subtle but interesting smoky side.
The palate is more floral, dominated by malt and yeast, and reveals a beer with character. The whole is underlined by light fruity touches which soften the powerful aromas of Austrian Trappist.
A beer with a strong but controlled character which proves the know-how of the monks of the Abbey of Stift Engelszell.
