There are many beers with different characters, whether due to their flavour, level of alcohol, region of production, colour, etc. One might think that the belong to no category. In reality, there are all placed in a category know as " Belgian Specials" , a bit of a catch-all, but distinguished by the fact that these beers are found only in Belgium.
De Leite Femme Fatale 6,5°is delivered worldwide. Brewed by De Leite brewery, The ’irresistible’ lady represents a light amber beer of 6,5° with a creamy white head. Its nose is malty with fruity notes resulting in a slightly bitter aftertaste.
The name, as well as the label of this beer, was thought up by artist Rik Vermeersch, a cousin of Luc Vermeersch.
De Graal Tripel 9° - 1/3L is delivered worldwide. Brewed with German hops, De Graal's Tripel beer is a powerful blond beer with an orange robe and thick white foam. On the nose, it has aromas of spice, pepper and coriander with notes of malt, toast, hops, citrus, lemon and orange. In the mouth, there are flavors of spices, coriander, malt, hops, fruit, peach, cinnamon, yeast and alcohol. Oily with a low carbonation, it is a subtly bitter beer that brings us to a spicy finish.
Brugse Zot blond (from the De Halve Maan brewery) has a golden colour and a fruity and spicy hop aroma. The taste is dry, slightly bitter with a complex character with lemon touches. The beer is brewed with four different kinds of malt and two aromatic hop varieties that give the beer its a unique taste. Thanks to the fermentation in the bottle the beer benefits from a longer natural conservation. Brugse Zot is a vivid beer with taste evolution.
Kanunnik Triple 8,2°, brewed at Wilderen brewery, is a genuine Tripel and as such, goes a step further in alcohol content in comparison with Wilderen Goud. This pleasant and fruity tripel has a full mouth feel and distinguishes itself through its malty aroma.
