What a wonderfull beer!!!
the foam is plentiful and persistent, perfect carbonation, color dark caramel. The smell is sensational, feeling the oak barrel scents and the malts. The alcohol (10°) is pretty well hidden, in the smell and in the taste .
The taste of this sweet beer is well balanced, extraordarially round: malts, yeast, grapefruits, sentors of licorice and vanilla, dried fruits, everything binded together with a powerfull but at the same time gintile smell of oak, pretty poor of hops (but is forgettable ) . Aftertaste of sweet oak (reminds me the sweetness of the milk) pleasant and persistent.
Considering the cheap price this is a MUST beer, far superior in the price to quality ratio to beer gods like Westvleteren 12
