This is White Beer made from barley malt and wheat, Hallertau hops, orange zest, coriander and grapefruit juice. This last ingredient gives the beer its inimitable pink grapefruit colour.

Beautiful sweet fruity grapefruit aroma. Orange/pink color, small white head, fair lace. Sweet, very strong pink grapefruit flavor, light bitter. Brewed at Silly Brewey
After a period of two years of preparation and beer taste sessions, brewery de Silly presents Pink Killer (5vol%), a witbeer (wheatbeer) aromatized with pink grape fruit.. Fruity and thirst-quenching, sugary without being disgusting, the Pink Killer is a wheatbeer with addition of pink grape fruit, what explains the color and the typical grape fruit peel bitterness that allows it to conserve it's character ! Two years of research and tests were necessary to obtain this beautiful balance. Already after two weeks since it's launch, the Pink Killer is already a huge succes outside Belgian borders, more precise in France and Holland."
