Very pale, hazy yellow with tight white head. Faintly sourish, lemony nose. Tastes lightly nutty, lemony, and slightly tart. Light bitterness. Very refreshing, quaffable, ought to be served on draft by the pint or half-liter. Spicing not obvious. Yeast is doing the talking. Solid white ale, refreshing and no bullshit.
