Bush Amber 12°- 1/3L
Brewed at Dubuisson brewery and delivered worldwide, the Bush Amber is a filtered, top-fermented beer made from malt, hops, natural sugars, water from the brewery’s own underground source and an exclusive house yeast that has been cultivated for 80 years.
The pronounced bitter-sweet taste of this beer, its gentle taste structure and characteristic amber colour are all due to the caramel malts used and the expertise and patience of the master brewer (the beer rests for four to six weeks). The high density – the proportion of malt – and the active house yeast make for one of the strongest Belgian beers, with an alcohol volume of 12%.

Bush Amber 12°
The Bush Ambrée is one of the very strong beers of Belgium. It is a filtered amber beer of high fermentation. It is composed exclusively of malt, hops, natural sugar, water drawn from the basement of the brewery and proprietary yeasts jealously preserved for 65 years.
She also enjoys a four to six week aging period between brewing and bottling to refine her qualities. It's a powerful beer with a dark amber color and a compact and imposing foam cap.
It releases in the glass very fruity aromas of malt and caramel accompanied by an alcoholic smell. On the palate, there are malty and fruity flavors reflecting notes of pear and caramel. Spicy touches are also present on the palate. The slight bitterness is masked by the strong presence of alcohol manifested on the end of the mouth.
