Pour hazy ruby with no head. Aroma is sour with notes of sour raspberries, brett and barnyard. Flavor is medium sour, shining trough are the raspberries and fruityness of this beer. Very well balanced, complex and easy drinkable. This beer is the reasons why lambics are so well thought off. Very well crafted, very enjoyable, amazing beer!!
