

Passendale®, our tradition, is expanding its range of slices and offering a unique new offering of semi-hard Belgian cheese with a fruity taste and a soft texture: Passendale® Fruity.
Indeed, thanks to a specific natural ripening, the lactic ferments develop optimally and form these many small holes so typical of Passendale®. These give the cheese this soft texture and accentuate this taste so deliciously rich and fruity.
ingredients: PASTEURIZED cow's milk, salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet, preservatives [E251, E1105 (contains EGGS)], dye (E160b).
Origin: Belgium.
Conditioned under protective atmosphere.
Store in a refrigerator (max + 7 ° C). After opening, keep covered.
