Ingredients: Glucose-fructose syrup, rye flour, honey (12%), sugar, whole milk powder, baking powders (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), spices, flavors. May contain traces of nuts and milk.
Keep dry and away from heat and light. Close the package after opening.

This gingerbread is absolutely delicious - but I really want the real Couque de Dinant - those hard wonderfully designed cookies you can only get in Dinant - but you don’t sell them any more - why?
