Cheese with half hard paste. Microbic rennet. Prepared in a traditional way and refined during 7-8 sem. Stinging, soft and fruity taste.
Ingredient: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, animal rennet, lactic ferments, color (E160b), preservative (E1105, contains EGGS). Conditioned under protective atmosphere.
