The beer is hazy straw yellow colored and has a large and stable white foam, with nice carbonation.
The aroma is light malty with wheat and very hoppy with a fruitiness of citrus, but also yeast, grass, flowers, yeast, orange peels and coriander.
The taste is light bodied and light sweet with wheat notes and goes to hoppy and fruity, with notes of grass, yeast, flowers, coriander and orange peels.
The finish is refreshing and light dry and bitter.
Misses the character of a witbier and is also a little watery.
