Our recipe remains unchanged from the beginning and we are transparent about the ingredients that compose our beers. Water, malted barley, sugar, hops, spices and yeast. Sugar is necessary for the creation of carbon dioxide during the second fermentation. Chimay Gold is a beer fermented in the bottle that contains yeast.

Chimay Dorée 4,8°
Pours a light, hazy gold with a small, white head. Slight aged malts. (It is a 2010 bottle.) Medium sweet flavor, some bread, light honey, some dough. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lots of bread. Good stuff.
