It is brewed with great love and care, with water, hops, malt and yeast in a traditional brewery and quite in keeping with the old brewing tradition. During the second fermentation in the bottle, De Kossaat naturally continues to ripen to become a lively and fresh beer.

Kossaat is golden blond with a very spicy and particularly specific taste that evolves towards a fruity and hoppy finish.
