Brewed for Vins et Elixirs de Franchimont, using the regional elderflower.
As Grain d’orge Franche Fleur. Pours clear pale amber with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheat, citrus, pine. Medium carbonation, nice dry mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, malty, rose petals, peach, pineapple. Elegant and bitter.
