To create Lazarus Sherry infused, the brewer put Drysack Solero Especial 15 años - Oloroso Sherry in a large barrel and add American roasted and toasted oak flakes. After 3 weeks the mixture is added to the base beer to optain the maximum performance of the used liquor.

Lazarus Sherry Infused 8.5°
Aroma is sweet pale malt with oak, vanilla, sherry, and stewed fruits. Flavour is medium sweet with a light to moderate bitterness. Body is medium, light sticky texture. Little complexity, but drinkable with pleasant sherry tones.
