Cuvée Clarisse Whisky Infused Limited 10,2°
Hazy dark brown with a lasting, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of bourbon, ripe apple, banana & plum, licorice, caramel, herbal hops, sweet tea. It tastes medium to heavy caramelly sweet, sugar & syrup in the back, and light herbal bitter. More (herbal) hops in the finish, but dominated by caramel malt and a warming dash of bourbon alcohol. Full body, syrupy texture, soft carbonation. Very tasty, albeit on the sweet side.
