At De Ryck has been demonstrating for years that women can stand shoulder to shoulder with men in the brewing world. Her Special is a low alcohol beer in the pale ale style with a soft sweet taste and fresh finish.
Opaque, medium-brown color with a medium head. Dryish, ashtray aroma with fruity-bananaish hints, and some sweetish caramel. Slightly toffeeish-caramely-sweet and sourish, fruity flavor. Medium-bodied, sourish and quite carbonated palate.
