Brewed by Huyghe brewery, and delivered worldwide, Floris Appel 3.5° is a yellowy blond, cloudy because of the wheat beer. Very fine, dense and lacing white head. The sour green apple and the cider aroma give the beer a very complex smell. Delicate, sour and light sweet fruity beer, with a soft note of cider and a sourish, green fruity sweet aftertaste.

Very unique beer, light green color with a small white head, excellent lacing around the glass, lots of different spices in the nose, smelled very much like apple juice as well, tasted like apple juice or apple cider but with a carbonation kick & some small notes of alcohol, a little on the tart side, a bit sour as well, but overall a very good fruit beer

I tried this beer in London and I became instantly obsessed. lambics and ciders are usually too sweet for me and grapefruit flavored beer is usually not sweet enough - this is the perfect balance between for a fruity beer.
