Brewed at the Microbrewery Lambiek Fabriek at Ruisbroek, the Brett-Elle Geuze is done with the traditional methods. Old geuze, a traditional blend of self-brewed lambics from spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered blend of different vintages, not pasteurized.

Orange, bright, big white bubbles. Nose is wonderful, very delicate, delicate lambiek funk but nothing raw or farm, crisp subtle, mellow with big juicy neutral almost bit sweet green apple. Very delicate beer, lemon but nothing sour, soft round lambiek funk, nothing harsh, no raw barn, faint pepper, almost the idea of mineral, soft & that huge green apple. Familiar as well as something completely different. Really great beer
