Brewed with baked blue berries, sour cherries, blackberries, appels and pears, BOM Baked barley, rye, spelt, wheat and buckwheat malts and five different spices.
Bright red colour on the body, clear, with a small and a bit thin pinkinh head on top, with average retention. Aroma of berries, caramel, red fruits, sour cherries, very fruity. Taste has a nice sourness on it, some candy sugar to balance it out, wiht lots of berries, sour cherries, caramel, red fruits, strawberry jam. Medium thin body, high carbonation.
