Chèvremont is the high historical and religious place of the region of Liege.
Large and persistent rocky beige head atop cloudy dark brown body, very nice lacing. Aroma is moderately sweet, molasses, raisin/plum, Belgian yeast, some alcohol astringency. Taste is moderately sweet, raisin/plum, Belgian yeast, molasses, some vinous, light straw/earthy. Medium-full body, low carbonation, quite smooth.
