Explosive gushing to very thick white head, fast collapsing. Clear yellow beer (no haze, yeast all clinging to the bottom). Nose is coriandre, perfumey, slight citus, flowery, lemon mushrooms. Taste is extremely perfumed and liquorice. Very outspoken coriandre, very slight tartness. Not very wheaty, though. Light bodied. Not very refreshing. very perfumed witbier.
