

The Westmalle Dubbel Brune, delivered worldwide, is a Belgian beer brewed in the Trappist Abbaye de N.D. Poured in a mahogany colour, it develops an impressive and long-lasting beige head. This color is due to the double dose of malt used to brew this Westmalle.
Pours a cloudy dark brown color with a big tan head that lingers. It has a very attractive aroma of fruits, yeast, spices, caramel and malts. Full bodied with moderate carbonation, the flavor is malty with hints of plums, banana, yeast, and spices. The finish is somewhat dry and fruity, with a lingering sweetness. Large, thick and creamy beige head. Color is reddish brown color. Aroma is sweet, malty with caramel and raisins notes. Flavor is malty too, fruity (banana) with some candy sugar tones. Finish is moderately malty with a slightly spicy accent. Medium to full bodied.
