Golden pour. Aroma of dry yeast, apple, malt, floral hop and yeast esters. Taste has fruity yeast esters, floral hops, caramel, vanilla, bready malt, orange, subtle champagne yeast funk and a fruity yeasty finish. Lots of interesting fruit yeast tones in this one, good brut beer.
