La Guillotine 5L IPS Keg
Once released from her ceramic prison, she offers to the sight a color of an orange-blond and a white foam. On the nose, it appears malty but the three aromatic hops used to produce it are not long in imposing their mark. The set offers a very fruity aromatic bouquet with citrus and fruity citrus scents and powerful notes of yeast. It is a sweet beer with mainly fruity and spicy flavors. The refermentation in bottle brings to it pretty yeast flavors very fruity and slightly spicy. It is very balanced and offers a touch of dryness at the end of the mouth. The hops used give it a bitterness. Like most of the strong beers of Huyghe Brewery, the guillotine is easy to drink and enjoy. Be careful because it's better to make you lose your head.
