The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma has chocolate, raisins, vinious, plums. Low carbonation, nice creamy and light dry mouthfeel. The taste is rich with booze infused brown sugar, sweet thick malts, and then more booze. To midway a pleasing chocolate and caramel mixture surfaces and helps take this gently into the finish. Rather balanced and alcohol is dangerously well hidden. Smooth and yeasty.
