Only the best pineapple The basis of the sublime, sweet taste of Brasil is of course the fresh pineapple we use. Pineapple is a tropical fruit that contains an enormous amount of vitamin C, while being rich in fibre. There are plenty of varieties on the market, including a few super sweet ones. Did you know, however, that pineapples will not ripen after being picked? Which is why we only pick the pineapples that go into our Brasil sauce when they are really ripe and deliciously sweet. The fresh pineapple, together with the unique combination of kirsch and curry, give La William Brasil its delicious taste.

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil, pineapple, sugar, egg yolk, vinegar, water, dextrose, kirsch, tomato powder, herbs and spices, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seeds, salt, herbs and spices), salt, glucose syrup, whisky, soy protein hydrolysate, malt vinegar (contains barley), treacle, soy sauce (contains wheat), lemon juice, glucose-fructose syrup, anchovies, herbs and spices extract, tamarind, herb extract, herbs and spices, flavouring.
Stabilizer: xanthan gum. Gelling agent: pectin.
Preservatives: tartaric acid, citric acid, malic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Colourings: paprika extract, caramel.
