Broken glass
I ordered two Hoegaarden glasses and one arrived broken. I contacted the company and never heard back from them. This glass was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband. So I am disappointed with customer service. I have ordered several times and not had a problem, so I am disappointed not to have heard back from The Belgian Shop.
