Kasteel Barista Chocolate Quad 11°
Clear dark brown red with a beige head, good carbonation. Hints of coffee, chocolate and molasses. Full bodied quad, sweet, warm, chocolate, coffee, toffee, dark fruits, molasses, vanilla, malty flavours. A gentle swelling of the alcohol follows, and the taste moves towards a boozy high that resembles red wine, and which reveals cherry notes as well. Aftertaste is warming, quite boozy, but very tasteful with vanilla and mocha notes. Very enjoyable and unique Belgian strong ale.

Beer is great! Only problem is receiving it with no broken beer bottles! Ordered 24 bottles - 2 boxes - both arrived with about half of the bottles broken and beer all over. Sent an email to The Belgian Shop and picture. No response. Too expensive to have broken beer bottles shipped to you. Will not order any more. Can't afford it!!!
