Poured into its own Silly glass, this Enghien Christmas beer reveals a straw colour topped with a persistent creamy head, which attaches in a lacy pattern to the edge of glass. The bouquet gives off hints of spices with a light aroma of lemon zest and vanilla, and a slight but not unpleasant scent of pepper which blends with the pilsner malt, suggestive of freshly-cooked bread.
The palate starts with mild malt and hints of spices then develops gradually to the hoppy aspect which adds a very light final bitterness on the palate.

Sweet, yeasty and spicy aroma. cloudy golden colour. taste is delicious; the bottle says Tripel-Blonde; well it's esactly a combination of both. The fresh and sweetness of a blond and the spices of a tripel. Finish is more of a tripel; spicy and a bit alcoholic. Giant head, complex nose, honeyish and spicy, very yeasty, sweet and tart, full-bodied with a late bitter bite, deep spicy finish .
