Pours a dark and bright ruby-brown-tainted, creamy head leaving a wonderful lacing; it has a complex aroma, full of character:apple, caramel and alcohol are immediately noticable, notes of bread comes also while the beer is getting warmer; very creamy mouthfeel, full-bodied, mainly sweet with a touch of finishing sourness, long malty and fruity finish - very good stuff !
