Fantôme is a small, farmhouse brewery that specialises in the saison style, many brewed with highly experimental ingredients such as dandelions and mushrooms. Most of fantome's output is exported to the US and it has developed a cult following in the beer world due to their astonishingly good beers.

Fantôme Blanche 4°
Pours a hazy yellow golden with strong carbonation and a fluffy head. Nose and flavor were brett, soap, spice, orange peel, grapefruit, and grass. Finishes on the dryer side of the scale with a lighter to medium body.
