Something of a cross between a strong White beer and a Saison. Like a White beer, it has a fresh, lively character that is slightly sour, with intense fruit and a rich aroma of citus and coriander seeds. It has the bitterness, subtly aromatic hoppy characterand long, full palate of a Saison. Fine New World hops give a rich, very aromatic nose, a blend of notes that are spicy at first, then fruity. Dry hopping lend delicate green hops aromas. The body is fresh and tangy at first, then slightly bitter, but not excessively so. The use of other cereals gives a rounded complexity to the palate.”
