Alvinne Sigma 10°
Sigma is a wonderful product from Alvinne brewery. It wears an elegant mahogany colored robe with a tanned crown. The aroma is dominated by some fruity elements. You will find notes of red berries and citrus fruits, along with yeast and refreshing dash of herbs. The taste is moderately sweet and there is a sour touch in the form of berries. You will also detect a fair amount of bitterness in the taste. The balance on the taste is what makes this beer so great. The aftertaste is dry, bitter and woody with a hint of sourness. Sigma is medium bodied and of high carbonation.
